English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A safe, a cash machine, a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, an alarm call service, a hotel doctor and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.
