With detailed construction and decoration, each of our 87 vacation homes provide you with the spaciousness and comfort necessary to enjoy a few days of rest with family or friends in a unique and idyllic environment. You can find five typologies: Classic Duplex, Classic, Deluxe Duplex, Deluxe and Ocean Front, with two or three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, work area and private pool in the Deluxe and Ocean Front categories, the latter being the homes category, with its impressive views of the ocean, a true temple of luxury.

All guests staying at the Resort will be able to enjoy two wonderful infinity pools, one of them located in the upper reception area with a surprising solarium with hammocks and parasols and the other integrated into the spectacular Perchel Beach Club* facing the Atlantic Ocean. The little ones and teenagers will find their own paradise with a children's pool, a fun Splash Park, two playgrounds and a Teen Club with arcade machines.

On the other hand, the restaurant offering at the Cordial Santa Águeda Resort will not leave anyone indifferent. Choose between the Ágata Refectory, a meat lover's paradise, seafood bites at the Oxean Bar, a rice at La Arrocería or the best of Nikkei food at the Nami Sushi Bar. And if what you want is to delight in a signature cocktail, the Chill Out Bar is the place you are looking for.

For those seeking tranquility and rest, the Callao Spa & Wellness offers an exclusive selection of totally organic, natural and sophisticated treatments and has a wet circuit with a steam bath, sauna or leisure pool. You can also relax on the surrounding beaches, such as Playa de Santa Águeda or Playa del Perchel with a natural pool. We encourage you to enjoy incomparable sunsets over the ocean while walking along the Paseo Marítimo that connects El Pajar with Arguineguín Beach where Marañuelas Beach is also located.
